• This book has to be read in continuation of my first book " Personality Development". The objective of this book is to create an awareness among youth about the problems arising in the process of maturity. The difficulties and distresses will spring up from the internal and the external sources. An understanding of the obstacles which deter their growht is essential in developing the personality. As the bodey grows involuntarily, the mind cannot grow. It has to be developed consciously. The guidelines availaable for them are not adequate for them to win over the perils of the adolescent stage when moving towards adulthood. I am sure that this book will initiate them towards self-analysis and make them search for self - identify in order to empower the self.
